T’amo o mia birra

Quello che segue è il testo di un inno dedicato a Nikasi, divinità sumera nata, secondo il mito, da “una fresca acqua frizzante”.
Molto interessante è il discorso relativo alle indicazioni, contenute nell’inno, sulla produzione della birra, al momento le più antiche mai rinvenute. La tavoletta d’argilla, sulla quale era stato inciso il testo, risale al XIX sec. a.C.
Come potrete notare, alcuni termini non hanno trovato una corrispondenza con la lingua contemporanea.
